Shipping & Delivery Update


We hoped to be back to normal by the holidays, but we will have to stay cautious a little longer. We are back to appointment only mattress testing to ensure the safety of all customers and staff. Other parts of the country are experiencing shutdowns and manufacturing delays. During this time we cannot guarantee any delivery dates, we're so sorry about this, but it is out of our control. We are in constant communication with our Canadian manufacturers and they are working tirelessly to keeping things running.

While it might feel like things are getting back to normal here in Vancouver, elsewhere Covid-19 is still causing major disruptions to daily life. Our Canadian manufacturers are working as hard as they can to get back to business as usual, but unfortunately we are still experiencing longer than normal production times. We are currently forecasting 3-4 week production times for beds we don’t have in stock. We understand this isn’t ideal, but we are committed to the quality our Canadian makers provide and the difference it makes in helping you sleep better.

If you’re thinking about a new bed, or maybe waiting until you move, we recommending coming in sooner rather than later to place an order. We can always hold on to your bed and deliver it at your convenience, but we can’t guarantee any production times as the situation with Covid-19 is changing weekly.
